By signing this release, I give James McDonald, professionally known as “Mr. Promo,” permission to use my authorized name, photographs, likeness, appearance, character representation, and biographical information that I voluntarily provide in connection with Promono Island.

Promono Island is fictional. I understand that a character based on me may appear in fictional stories, conversations, adventures, locations, and situations. My photographs may be used as references. Photographs I provide may be edited, recreated, illustrated, digitally altered, or used as references to create AI-generated or other artistic representations of me. The publications may be sold commercially. Promono Island books, e-books, and related publications containing my authorized name, character, photographs, or likeness may be sold through Amazon and other bookstores, websites, marketplaces, and distribution platforms. My likeness may be used for promotion. Images and material from Promono Island publications may be used on websites, social media, advertisements, book listings, and other promotional materials relating to Promono Island. I am participating voluntarily. Unless James McDonald and I enter into a separate written agreement, I understand that I will not receive royalties or other financial compensation from sales of Promono Island publications. I have permission to provide my photographs. I confirm that I own, or have the necessary authority to authorize the use of, photographs and other materials I submit.
